I'm going to call up yavapai tours tomorrow morning when they open and see what I can get done about this. "Just read on a website how one of your drivers hit a bicycle in Flagstaff. http://www.handlebarsandwich.com/ The apparent disregard or concern for the well being of the bicyclist was alarming to say the least. I hope you will get to the bottom of this stain on your company." Might urge others to do same, polite but great numbers may be effective.
