Hopefully I don’t have to start having an age verification on my site because of this.

I dropped by the Bike Trailer Shop Galactic Headquarters yesterday after work to say hi to Josh and the gang, and to pick up a wide loader for the big dummy.

I came home, and with every intention of making it a more capable and ridiculous load hauler than ever before set to work shimming, clamping, and then admiring.

This is what I rode to work today.

Several people asked me why I would do such a thing. For the most part, I used a canned response of “I’ve been riding my road bike a lot at lunch, and also needed to run some errands, so I needed to haul more of a load today, so it just made sense.”

Then again, Pete Traylor walked into the locker room at work this morning and simply said “That’s awesome. I know you really just did it because you could, and I have to say, if I could, I would have done it too.”

Yeah, he knows.

Kinda makes you wonder, though, what sort of bike would be the bastard love child between the big dummy and my kona zing supreme?

Maybe a long haul trucker?

Or maybe a Fargo?

These are the questions that I ponder while carrying out my missions of madness.
